This natural-processed coffee is from the Buku Sayisa Kebele area in Hambela Wamena, Guji Zone, Oromia region of Ethiopia. Grown at 2300 meters above sea level, it is produced by Buku Sayisa Mill and Azeb Tadesse Coffee Supply. The coffee features Dega, Kurama, and 74110 varieties. Ripe cherries are sorted and dried for 12 to 15 days on raised beds. The flavor profile includes chocolate, molasses, berry, blueberry, honeydew, and jasmine honeysuckle notes, delivering a bright, fruity, sweet, and sugary taste characteristic of Guji coffees.
