This coffee is from Nicaragua, Nueva Segovia, produced by various producers (a family exporter run by two sisters) at 1500 m. It is a washed coffee composed of Catimor, Catuaí and Caturra varieties. Roasted with a traditional espresso profile, it offers chocolatey character with tasting notes of cocoa cream, plum and nuts, malic and citric acidity, and a creamy body. Recommended for espresso, moka and French press.
