The coffee is the Udaini variety, processed using anaerobic natural methods. Highly aromatic, floral, and fruit-forward with a complex, evolving flavor profile. Tasting notes include plum, saffron, rosewater, cola, and strawberry. Roast: Light/Medium. Recommended for filter brewing. Cup score: 90.25.
