A Udaini variety coffee from Bani Matar, Yemen, produced by Amin Abdul Rahman Al Marouni. This heirloom variety is grown at elevations between 1,800 and 2,400 meters on small family farms using traditional methods. Processed using an anaerobic natural method, the coffee features a complex and layered flavor profile with bright acidity and fruity sweetness. Tasting notes include stone fruits such as peach, apricot, and plum, alongside hints of chocolate, spice, and a wine-like body with floral aromas. The producer placed 3rd at the National Yemen Coffee Auction 2024.
