This is a single daylot from Wilson Alba's August harvest, part of the Spotlight series. It is a Colombian coffee processed using double fermentation. The Pink Bourbon variety delivers a combination of bright acidity reminiscent of Kenyan coffees, floral notes characteristic of Ethiopian coffees, and the sweetness and roundness found in top Guatemalan coffees. This coffee represents the very best of double fermented Pink Bourbons.
