The coffee undergoes a multi-stage fermentation process, including floating and sealed barrel fermentation, followed by sun-drying on raised beds and mechanical drying. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of fresca, orange blossom, field berry jelly, and honey. This coffee is roasted to a light-medium level and offers a syrupy, sweet body suitable for both pour-over and espresso brewing methods.
Have Fun Coffee was founded in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, by Sonny and Luke Adamski as a sister operation to their established Good Luck Cafe.
