This Pink Bourbon coffee is produced by Wilder Lazo at the La Dinastía farm in Colombia. It undergoes a unique "lemongrass washed" process, where the coffee is fermented in a tank previously used for a lemongrass co-ferment, imparting floral and herbal qualities. The flavor profile features notes of honeysuckle, lemongrass, and citrus, culminating in a sweet guava candy finish. This coffee offers a distinct tropical fruit character and a sugary sweetness.
The first coffee roaster in Cambridge, Broadsheet opened in 2017 , with owner Aaron McDougall, a finalist at the US Roasting Championship, shifting into coffee from a previous careerin banking. Aaron is an Arabica Q-Grader and sources exceptional coffees from around the world that range from comforting to experimental and eye-opening.
