This washed Gesha is produced by Marcial Huanca at Finca Palmar in the Caranavi region of Bolivia. The coffee cherries are depulped, fermented, and carefully dried to highlight the characteristics of the Gesha variety. It features a delicate flavor profile with notes of white florals, jasmine, ripe peach, and yellow stone fruits, complemented by a silky, refined sweetness and gentle acidity that provides clarity and lift.
