This coffee is a Pacamara variety from Chalatenango, El Salvador, grown at 1376 meters elevation by producer Vicente Diaz. It is washed process coffee. The cup profile features malic acidity with notes of peach, caramel apple, and chocolate. Sweet Bloom has been offering Vicente's pacamara for a number of years, maintaining a relationship since 2023. The Pacamara variety is a cross between Pacas and Maragogipe varieties, first created in 1958 in El Salvador, and is known for excellent quality and large seed size.
