This single-origin coffee comes from a cooperative of just over 100 coffee growers in Peru's southern Andean highlands. The coffee is a blend of Bourbon and Typica varieties. The flavor profile features notes of sweet golden raisin and creamy nougat. The cooperative is located in a rugged landscape with extreme conditions in the Cusco region.
