Urth Blend is a house espresso blend consisting of 60% Brazilian and 40% Colombian coffee. The Brazilian component is a natural-processed Mundo Novo from Fazenda Barrinha in Mogiana, grown at 850–1,100 meters. The Colombian component is a washed coffee from Peñas Blancas in Huila, grown at 1,700–1,900 meters, featuring Caturra and Castillo varieties. This blend offers a balanced, full-bodied profile with tasting notes of chocolate, raisin, hazelnut, and caramel, making it suitable for both straight espresso and milk-based drinks.
