Tiger Gesha is a single origin Gesha variety coffee from Hacienda Copey, a Cup of Excellence winner located in the Tarrazú, San José region of Costa Rica at an altitude of 1840–2195 masl. Processed using the anaerobic natural method, it delivers a tropical and winey cup with tasting notes of grilled pineapple, dark chocolate, tiger lily, red grape, and lime. Roasted light/medium and recommended for filter brewing, it earned a cup score of 88.25. Harvested in April 2021.
