This Gesha coffee is produced by Thiago Corsi at Fazenda Rodomunho in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil at 1150 meters altitude. The coffee undergoes a natural process, including a controlled cold fermentation at 17-18°C and drying on raised beds. This results in a fruit-forward cup with flavor notes of starfruit, loquat, and cranberry. It is a lively and balanced coffee that showcases the producer's commitment to regenerative agriculture.
