This seasonal blend combines a washed Ethiopian coffee from Riripa with a co-fermented Colombian coffee from Finca El Placer. The blend is composed of 80% washed Riripa and 20% Sebastián Ramirez Red Fruits. It features a medium roast profile that balances clean, vibrant notes with the dynamic, funky characteristics of co-fermented beans. Tasting notes include strawberry jam, canned pineapple, and milk chocolate. This coffee is designed to be both balanced and striking, offering a blend of traditional and innovative processing methods.
