Memli Coffee Lab is a boutique roastery in San Marcos, California, founded in 2019 by Mehmet Sogan, the 2024 United States Cup Tasters Champion. The name draws from Mehmet's Turkish heritage. The lab centres on sensory experience, transparency, and education, treating each roast as an exercise in revealing a coffee's full character.
