It undergoes a unique Argon Macerated Washed process, where cherries are fermented in argon-flushed stainless steel tanks for 50 hours before being washed and dried on shaded raised beds. The flavor profile features notes of orange blossom, mandarin, floral white wine, and yuzu-honey syrup. It offers a silky, effervescent texture with high aromatic intensity and exceptional clarity.
