El Diamante is a single-origin washed coffee from Nicaragua, grown at Finca El Diamante by owner Blanca Nieve at 1,350 meters altitude. The coffee features a blend of Caturra, Catuai, Pache, and Bourbon varieties. It is a medium light to medium roast with a light to medium body, offering bright, delicate characteristics with notes of green apple, honey, and kumquat. The coffee delivers a smooth, silky texture with great mouthfeel and works well across different brewing methods.

Founded in 2011 by Pamela Chng, Bettr Group became Singapore's first certified B Corporation in 2015 and consistently ranks in the global top five percent of B Corps for its workers pillar. The company operates two arms: Bettr Academy, the region's largest SCA Premier Training Campus, and Bettr Coffee, which roasts 100% Arabica beans from Central America, Ethiopia, Indonesia, and India on a Probatone drum roaster at its ISO certified facility on Harrison Road. Its Holistic Training Programme offers two to four month placements for marginalized individuals, and the company donates a minimum of one percent of revenue to community initiatives each year. Chng, who served six years on the SCA global board, has built sourcing partnerships through Caravela Coffee that pay farmers averaging over 100% above fair trade premiums.
