This coffee is grown by smallholder producers of the Akha hill tribe in Mae Suai, one of Thailand's largest coffee growing areas with 500 households. The coffee was processed at Nawin Yaesorkoo's mill in Mae Suai in collaboration with Beanspire. Nawin is an innovative farmer and processor who operates his family farm in Hua Chang. The Mae Suai area produces several varieties including Catuai, Typica, Chiang Mai, and SJ133. This coffee underwent natural processing.
