A coffee from the Gunung Tujuh region near Mount Kerinci in Sumatra, Indonesia, produced by the "Koerintji Barokah Bersama" cooperative, comprising approximately 450 farmers including 4 women-only groups. Grown at 1,400–1,500 meters above sea level on volcanic slopes, featuring Ateng, Jember, and Tim Tim varieties. Processed using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulled) method. The cup offers a robust body with earthy notes complemented by brown sugar, caramel, chocolate, baked fruit, herbal accents, and aromatic pine, with moderate acidity.
