This coffee is a single-origin Typica variety from the Bener Meriah region of Aceh, Sumatra, grown at an altitude of 1300-1400 meters. Produced by Central Sumatera Coffee, this lot undergoes a unique semi-washed process involving a 16-hour cherry maceration followed by co-fermentation with yeast and dried jasmine flower powder. The resulting cup is complex and balanced, featuring distinct flavor notes of jasmine, fruit loops, and black tea.
