Sugarcane Decaf Colombia is a decaffeinated coffee sourced from smallholder producers in San Agustín, Huila, Colombia. The coffee is grown at an elevation of 1,850 meters and processed using the EA Decaf (Ethyl Acetate) and washed methods. Varieties include Caturra, Castillo, Colombia, and Pink Bourbon. Flavor notes include milk chocolate, caramel, and apple.
