A naturally processed Yellow Bourbon from the São João Batista Farm in the Campos Altos Region of Alto Paranaíba, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Produced by Renato Caetano Domingos, the fourth generation of coffee growers in his family, at altitudes between 700 and 1250 meters. Harvested May–July, this coffee is omni-roasted for use across all brew methods, with a gentle, long-time roast profile. Flavor notes include chocolate, roasted almond, and a hint of peach, with a creamy body.
Named after the ancient Roman name for Lisbon, Olisipo Coffee Roasters was founded by Antony Watson and Sofia Gonçalves with a mission to honor their city's history of exploration. They see themselves as modern-day navigators, exploring the world to source unique and high-quality beans from small, independent producers. Their roasting style is dedicated to showcasing the stories and distinct flavors of these origins.
