This coffee is a washed lot from Tenejapa, Chiapas, Mexico, grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,350 meters. It features a blend of Caturra, Costa Rica, Marsellesa, and Typica varieties. The cup profile is bright and vibrant, offering tasting notes of lemonade, red berries, delicate vanilla, honey, and coffee blossoms. This seasonal coffee is characterized by its clear fruitiness and subtle sweetness, reflecting the unique terroir of the mist-shrouded highlands of Chiapas.
