About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from indigenous smallholder producers in the Tenejapa region of Chiapas, Mexico. Grown at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,350 meters in volcanic soils, this lot features a blend of Caturra, Typica, Costa Rica, and Marsellesa varieties. The coffee is processed using a washed method, which includes overnight fermentation followed by 12 to 18 days of sun-drying on patios. This process is designed to preserve clarity and highlight the distinct regional character of Mexican coffee.
