Southern Weather is a year-round blend that brings together coffees from Honduras, Colombia, and Ethiopia. The washed processing and raised-bed drying preserve the clarity of each origin while allowing them to harmonize: bright citrus acidity from Ethiopia meets the full-bodied chocolate sweetness of Central and South American lots. The light roast keeps the fruit intact, drawing out milk chocolate, plum, and candied walnut with a juicy, citrus finish.
