Smoothie is a Castillo variety coffee produced by Julio Madrid and Andrés Quiceno at La Riviera farm in Santa Rosa de Cabal, Risaralda, Colombia, at 1700 masl. Harvested in January 2022, it undergoes a Honey Culturing Anaerobic process using fermentation starters with fruits and aromatic plants to develop new sensory profiles. The cup is velvety smooth and balanced, with tasting notes of banana milkshake, jackfruit, blueberry, toffee, and vanilla ice cream. Roast level is light/medium; recommended for filter brewing.
