A washed Red Bourbon from Shyira Washing Station in Nyabihu, Rwanda, produced by Josue Dusengiyumva and harvested January 2025. Grown at 1800+ masl, the coffee presents tasting notes of tangerine, bergamot, and tamarind. Roasted for espresso with measured roast and density specs (Agtron and roasted density supplied).
