Shevaroys Washed is an Indian single-origin coffee from PKC Kudiraipanjan Estate in the Shevaroys Hills of Tamil Nadu, grown at 1400 meters. Featuring SLN 9 and Catimor varieties harvested at 24.8 Brix, the cherries are mechanically washed with fresh stream water, soaked for 48 hours, and dried over 18 days before hulling and polishing. Light to medium roasted with a 9-minute roast time, it presents ripe tropical fruit notes of plums and green grapes with pomegranate brightness, layered with spearmint and cacao nib finish. Clean, crisp profile with bright acidity and medium-heavy body.
