A single origin Ethiopian coffee from Daye Bensa's Gatta Farm, located at the heart of Shantawene Village in Sidama Bensa, Ethiopia. The farm sits at an altitude of 2120–2230m within a natural forest surrounded by indigenous trees, waterfalls, and rivers. Processed using the anaerobic natural method, this coffee features the Ethiopian Heirloom varietal. Harvested in February 2023, it achieved a cup score of 90.75. Tasting notes include lychee candy, rambutan, tangerine, mango, and lotus cookie. Roasted Light/Medium, suitable for both filter and espresso.
