A Java variety coffee from the Santa Rita Coffee Estate in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua, grown at 1,100–1,250 meters altitude by Alvarez Baltodano. Processed using the washed method, it delivers a clean and balanced cup with aromatic clarity. Tasting notes include mirabelle plum with a fruity and slightly tart sweetness, complemented by caramel and milk chocolate. Recommended as an espresso. Scored 87 points.
