Produced by the Garcia Morales family, this coffee features the Criollo Typica and Mundo Novo varieties and is processed using the washed method. The flavor profile is complex and dynamic, offering notes of Meyer lemon, bing cherry, dried pineapple, buttercream cookies, black walnut, bitter cocoa, amber honey, mossy puerh tea, and kumquat marmalade.
