This coffee is a single-origin Gesha variety from the Sierra Sur region of Mexico, grown at an altitude between 1450 and 1900 meters. It is processed using the natural method. The coffee is produced by Salomon Garcia, the head of the Union San Pedro co-op, whose fields serve as demonstration plots for sustainable farming practices, including shade management and intercropping with vanilla, cacao, cardamom, and cinnamon.
Bell Lane Coffee Roasters, founded in Mullingar in 2012, operates as a Certified B Corporation and prioritizes direct‑trade sourcing and long‑term producer partnerships that support both quality and community livelihoods.
