This coffee comes from the Gitwe washing station in the Nyamasheke district of Rwanda, located at approximately 1,800 meters above sea level. Around 800 farmers deliver their coffee to this station, with farms situated between 1,800 and 2,000 meters altitude. The Bourbon variety is fully washed processed. The cup profile features fragrant notes of brown spices, honey sweetness, brown sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, honey cookie, black tea, clove, dried apple, and lemon citrus.
