This coffee is sourced from the Mbilima washing station, part of the Dukunde Kawa Cooperative in the Gakenke District of Rwanda's Northern Province. Grown at altitudes between 1900 and 2200 meters, this Bourbon variety coffee is processed using the natural method. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of red grape, plum, and toffee. The coffee is grown in mineral-rich volcanic soils near a mountain gorilla habitat.
