This coffee is a Red Bourbon variety grown in the Mbare region of Rwanda at an altitude of 1800 meters. It is a natural processed coffee produced by the Rwamatamu family-owned producer. The flavor profile features notes of blueberry, strawberry, tropical fruit, umami, and violet. This coffee is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
