It is a Red Bourbon variety processed using the natural method at the Cyesha Washing Station. The flavor profile features notes of rich chocolate, red berry, plum, caramel, and dried stonefruit. This coffee is well-suited for filter brewing methods, offering a complex and elegant cup with a long finish.
