Reanimator 2017 is a blend composed of 65% Bander de Dota from Costa Rica and 35% Ndundu from Kenya. The Costa Rican component is processed using a yellow honey method, providing a sweet, heavy base, while the Kenyan component adds traditional fruity complexity. This coffee features a flavor profile of super ripe mango, berry, and orange jam, with a juicy, clean body. Designed with espresso in mind, it is also suitable for filter brewing and is intended to be pulled to a larger volume.
