This coffee is produced by farmer Ray in the Hua Mae Yen village, located at the border of Chiang Mai and Mae Hong Son, Thailand. Grown at an altitude of 1,400 meters, this Typica variety is processed using the natural method. The coffee offers a distinct flavor profile featuring notes of roselle, hibiscus, blueberry, licorice, and dates. It is a light roast coffee.
