This coffee is a washed process lot from the Cajamarca region of Peru, grown at an altitude of 2000 meters. It is produced by the Rutas del Inca cooperative, which focuses on high-altitude agroforestry systems. The coffee features a bright and sweet profile with distinct tasting notes of apricot, orange, and a deep raisin sweetness. It is composed of Caturra and Catuai varieties.
