This coffee is a micro-lot from the Letefoho region in Ermera, Timor-Leste, grown at an altitude of 1500-1900 meters. It consists of Typica and Hybrid of Timor varieties, processed using a double anaerobic natural method. The flavor profile features notes of blueberry crumble, purple grapes, and ripe tropical papaya. This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers using traditional methods without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
