This coffee is a Geisha variety from the Plan del Hoyo farm in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador, grown at an altitude of 1750 meters. It is a washed coffee that undergoes 16 hours of fermentation in jute sacks before being dried on brick patios for 16 days. The flavor profile is clean and expressive, featuring notes of crisp red apple, bright tangelo citrus, and soft yellow peach, supported by a refined structure and elegant finish.
