This San Antonio coffee is a single-origin Geisha variety from the Apaneca mountains in El Salvador, grown by the Guillen family at an altitude of 1450 to 1600 meters. It undergoes a complex anaerobic natural process, involving 120 hours of cold fermentation followed by 29 days of drying on African beds. This light roast coffee offers a sophisticated flavor profile with distinct notes of apricot, black tea, and chocolate. It is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
