About This Coffee

This washed Colombian coffee comes from two farms—Las Flores and El Diviso—in Pitalito, Huila, at 1700-1900 meters altitude. Produced by Néstor Lasso, Adrián Lasso, and Johan Vergara using Caturra and Colombia varieties. The beans undergo 24-hour oxidation, then 48-60 hours of submerged fermentation with lixiviate recirculation before sun-drying. The coffee offers bright, balanced acidity with clear fruity notes and juicy texture.

Harmony Roasters

Harmony Roasters began in 2021 when Dani sold his motorbike to buy a one kilogram capacity roaster. Together with his partner Agatha, who handles photography, social media, and the web presence, Dani built a micro roastery in Montcada i Reixac on the outskirts of Barcelona. His approach favours minimal intervention, letting the coffee's natural character come through rather than imposing a heavy roast signature. It paid off quickly: Dani won both the Catalan Coffee Roasting Championship and the Spain Roasters Championship in 2021, then took the Catalan title again in 2022. The roastery uses fully compostable packaging and supplies several businesses around Barcelona.
