A single-origin coffee from Yolanda Cabrera Alvarez's farm in the Cusco region of Peru, grown at an impressive altitude of 2,150 meters. Part of the Valle Inca network, this coffee is hand-harvested, selecting only ripe red cherries. It undergoes anaerobic fermentation in sealed GrainPro bags for 40 hours, followed by washing in clean water and drying on raised beds for approximately 15 days. It delivers a fresh, juicy profile with pleasant acidity and notes of honeydew melon and sweet milk chocolate.
