The coffee is hand-picked and processed by smallholder producers using hand-pulping machines, followed by fermentation in tanks and drying on patios or raised beds. This washed process results in a clean and balanced cup, highlighting the Tabi variety's characteristic sweetness, citrus acidity, and smooth body. The flavor profile features notes of orange and vanilla, with a sticky sweetness that carries through the cup.
