This coffee is sourced from eight producers in the high-altitude areas surrounding Jaén, in the Cajamarca region of northern Peru. Grown at altitudes between 1750 and 2000 meters, this washed coffee is a blend of Catuai, Pache, and Caturra varieties. The region's volcanic soil and tropical climate contribute to a flavor profile featuring milk chocolate, nuts, hibiscus, and green apple. This coffee is produced with a focus on traceability and economic transparency through the Falcon Blueprint Project.
