Peru Incahuasi coffee is a natural-process coffee from the Incahuasi Valley in the Cusco region of southern Peru, grown at 1900-2200 meters altitude. The blend features Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra varieties. This cup offers pecan and orange blossom on first brew, with soft clementine acidity, vanilla bean sweetness, cherry juice, muddled berries, and honeysuckle notes. Medium-bodied with a balanced flavor profile.
