This coffee is an origin Peru bean from La Flor farm in Flor del Norte, Huabal district, Cajamarca. Grown at 1,800–1,900 meters, it combines Caturra and Bourbon 16Up varieties. It is processed as Washed, with tasting notes described as bright and floral, featuring grapefruit and green apple with milk chocolate and a smooth, clean finish.
