A single-origin Peruvian coffee from El Guayaquil farm (producer Jose Maria Campos Coronel) in Colasay, Jaén, grown at about 1930 m. Bourbon variety, processed as washed with a "cherry rested" step to encourage near-anaerobic fermentation. Light roasted, it shows bright, juicy acidity with tasting notes of green apple, pear (La France), orange and muscat, and a clear caramel-candy sweetness.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
