A Geisha variety coffee from Peru, grown by Cristobal Laura Coarite in the Mancuari area. The farm cultivates Caturra, Bourbon, and Geisha varieties. The coffee is hand-picked, water-sorted, depulped, and fermented for 36 hours before being washed and dried on covered raised drying beds for approximately 16 days. The cup is described as floral and juicy with a lively but very clean expression, good complexity, elegance, and notes of blueberry and stone fruits.
